Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All US orders have free shipping. No priority shipping available. Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 business days. No PO Boxes allowed. Standard delivery ranges from 2 to 8 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer free international shipping, via various shipping methods per your country's requirements. No priority shipping available. If the carrier is DHL, their policy may include opening and inspecting packages. We ship to all countries except for: Republic of Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea (DPRK), Somalia, Sudan, Syria

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 business days. Please allow approximate delivery times of 10 to 30 days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jemma's Treasures, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Addresses must all be in latin characters, with a limit on the "Address 1" line of 35, and limit on the "Address 2" line of 30. We do not provide address validation services. It is your responsibility as the customer to provide accurate information. A recipient's phone number is required. No PO Boxes are allowed. Full first and last name are required and must match the name on an apartment building. Please include street address, house or apartment number, floor number if applicable, zip code and country. If all information is not listed in full, the carrier may be unable to deliver, and the shipment will be returned without any further attempts.

SPECIFIC COUNTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Germany --- Deliveries to Packstation require you to activate your Deutsche Post/DHL account and receive a postal number, which must be included in the "Address 1" line field along with Packstation number. Failure to comply will result in return of order. List first name, last name, "Address 1" with Packstation number and postal number, zip code, city, country.

Brazil --- You must include the recipient's 11 digit CPF tax number on the "Address 2" line. Please add the CPF tax number in this format: XXX.XXX.XXX-XX. A phone number is also a requirement.

Mexico --- All shipping labels require full name, Tax ID number or National ID number (or Passport or Social Security Number for non-residents) , email address and phone number.

Chile --- All shipping labels require RUN/RUT Tax numbers. Please add to the "Address 2" line in this format: XX.XXX.XXX-Z. Your phone number is also required on your order.

South Korea --- Your Personal Customs Clearance Code must be included on the "Address 2" line. If it's not possible to include the PCCC due to character limit or other reason, please contact the local carrier or customs office for further assistance.
